Τι είναι οι ειδικές κατασκευές; Οι ειδικές κατασκευές είναι κτίρια της ERG τα οποία προσαρμόζονται σε σχεδιασμό ως προς το σχήμα, τον τρόπο διέλευσης, την κλήση και τις διαστάσεις τους σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες τις απαιτήσεις & τις προδιαγραφές του πελάτη. Μία τέτοια κατασκευή θα ε ίναι πιο οικονομική & άμεση σε σχέση ένα συμβατικό κτίριο. Είναι ιδανική ως λύση χώρου αποθήκευσης για κάθε μορφής εταιρία ή οργανισμό. Μπορούν να είναι κινητά ή σταθερά και αποτελούνται από ένα συνδυασμό των υπόλοιπων τύπων κτιρίων της ERG. Σε περίπτωση όπου είναι κινητά έ χουν την δυνατότητα λόγω του σχεδιασμού τους, να συμπτύσσονται και να διαιρούνται στην κάλυψη, καθώς και να αποσυναρμολ ογούνται και να μεταφέρονται σε άλλη τοποθεσία. Είναι κατάλληλα για κάλυψη, επέκταση ή δημιουργία νέων χώρων κατασκευάζοντας αυτόνομα κτίρια ή επεκτείνοντας τις υπάρχουσες εγκαταστάσεις. Η στέγη τους είναι κατασκευασμένη από γαλβανισμένα μέταλλα, που συνδέονται από κατάλληλα διαχωριστικά οροφής και υποστηρίζονται από κολόνες ή πλαίσια. Στη βάση τους συνδέονται με «διπλά ρουλεμάν» που επιτρέπουν εύκολη ολίσθηση της πλαισιωτής δομής σε ειδικούς οδηγούς ή αν είναι σταθερά κτίρια & στέγαστρα με μεταλλικές βάσεις κάτω από τους στύλους οι οποίοι βιδώνονται με κατάλληλα αγκύρια στο έδα φος από σκυρόδεμα.
